Have a few pair of Boston running shoes and these are the best yet. Better, more comfortable upper and improved Lightsrike.

Feels great right out of the box. Light, very responsive, and fast. Good lace lockdown, and heel feels locked in even during ascents and tempo pushes. The combo of Lightstrike Pro and Lightstrike 2.0 in the midsole feels like the perfect balance of spring and density for anything from a light run to a speed/interval workout. Very happy with this shoe. An excellent daily trainer companion to the Adios Pro 3 for racing.

I really like this shoe, very responsive, it can be use at any pace. It fits very well for wide feet. Only problem is the laces, I replace them now it's perfect (better lock and less pain around ankle bone).

The rods are a game changer! Love the feel of them. Better than any plates I've had. Great shoes

Good trainer at faster speed. A little clunky for me at easier paces, comes alive at threshold and above.

The rods help you get the most return for your energy. I would also recommend sizing half a size down.
