the bounce and energy return from the shoe is amazing. only downside the lacing system but easy fix with the runners loop. best shoe for speed training, intervals and race day. highly recommend to athletes ready to take the next step. but definitely if you are EG and 9 get half a size down as it runs big.

Great shoe for tempo runs and long runs. The continental rubber grip is underrated and has good grip regardless of rain.

Great running trainer, very comfy and responsive. I use for tempo and intervals in my rotation. Runners loop needed to secure the heel. Runs slightly big for me but still fits well. I would buy again!
