Very comfortable and great for all distances! Work for everything from 5km up to marathons!

Firm sole and good for front/mid foot runners. Quality seems good. Lightweight and fast. Good fit and width.

I'm an average runner and these were a great first pair of plated shoes as I started my running journey. These are great for long-ish runs and faster paces but they're not the softest so I personally wouldn't run too long in them. Old knees and what not. Otherwise a great pair of affordably priced (especially on sale if you can get your size) "plated" shoes.

the mix of the 2 foams gives u the bounce and the durability needed for a up tempo daily trainer this is actually my second pair to replace my 1st when I'm done with it

These have been perfect for my everyday runs, really comfortable and you don't feel the ground under you at all. They are also great when I kick into the next gear with great energy return from the rods. They are lightweight and have good bounce.
