Spent a while researching new runners and discovered the Boston 12. All the feedback and reviews online are spot on. Fits perfectly and build quality is fantastic. Went on a test run with them this morning, and knocked minutes off my 5k without even trying. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

Good grip when running, as well as a reasonable absorption when contact the ground

I'm an average runner and these were a great first pair of plated shoes as I started my running journey. These are great for long-ish runs and faster paces but they're not the softest so I personally wouldn't run too long in them. Old knees and what not. Otherwise a great pair of affordably priced (especially on sale if you can get your size) "plated" shoes.

the mix of the 2 foams gives u the bounce and the durability needed for a up tempo daily trainer this is actually my second pair to replace my 1st when I'm done with it
