Much bigger than I thought, but not worth the hassle to return

I thought the font was too small for the size of the bag.

When I went to spot clean it took the color of the tote with it. Now it is an uneven color

Nice tote bag, but it is poorly designed. It has no trolley sleeve for attaching to your roller luggage. There are other tote bags with comparable features along with trolley sleeve. Cannot recommend this product.

I purchased this as an alternative to my boat and tote because it has a shoulder strap AND a hand strap. First, and my fault for not checking, this is essentially the same size as the Large B&T (which is too large for my daily usage). Next, I was hesitant to purchase this because it's an imported bag, opposed to one made in the US. The quality shows. The handle isn't built into the bag all the way around. The blue bottom part is separate and stitched onto the canvas instead of a layer over the canvas. The seam around the bag's opening has a large gap. The zip material's opening is smaller than the bag's, making the flap oddly placed. I own 4 B&T bags, which I love. I was hopeful this was a souped-up B&T with added waterproof bottom material and a shoulder strap. That isn't the case; the bag's entire structure is different. While I'm sure it's okay and will hopefully be long-lasting, it isn't what I expected. I did get it personalized, so I can't send it back; otherwise, I would.

The bag is much bigger than the online dimensions state. The bag I received measures 16 inches (height) x 21 inches (width). The item description states 16"H x 15 1/2"W. I even checked to make sure I didn't order the large by mistake. I had the bag monogrammed so I won't be able to return. It appears to be a very high quality bag but not what I was expecting and much too large for every day use.

This tote bag is great , it fits all your essentials and the quality is top notch. I purchased one tote for me and rest three for gifting purpose. My reason to return this bag was it's too large for my needs and handle length was short . It doesn't look good on me because of my height and weight. When I tried this tote bag and looked at the mirror the bag was looking huge not stylish, so I returned all four totes bag that I purchased.

I ordered this by mail and returned it to a store. It was much larger than the measurements online. Even the cashier was shocked as I ordered the medium size and it was larger than the large bag. She was going to let quality control know.

I got this for Christmas. I just use it for indoor sports with my kids) so it holds snacks a water bottle my wallet etc, and sits on high school Bleachers. A few months of use any the navy coating is all Wearing off!!!! So dissapointed

My bag came with an oil stain on it. Not pleased. The closest store is in Rockville -- it's hard to drive over there.

What I received twice was not what picture showed. It was a very large duffel bag and all one color It was far from what the picture showed. The dimensions were all wrong

Such a cute bag but unfortunately the blue bleed onto the white canvas within a few minutes of using the bag.
