strap is highly adjustable to small waist sizes and does not loosen up, and excess strap length stays tucked away in loops provided. bag does not bounce when running. nice phone pocket on top of bag is easily accessible. It fits even a large phone case, but it's a little hard to get it into the pocket. I will also use this bag with dresses that don't have pockets.
