Very glad I purchased this bag. Blue & green combo is great. Best feature may be the large D opening which should make packing easy. Have not yet used. The fabric is quality and this size will definitely hold enough for a weekend or more!

Decent sized classic duffle bag. Good weekender, with side pockets, which are harder to find lately.

I purchased this duffle in the Juniper/ Storm Blue color combo at the nearby LL Bean store last summer. I used the bag for the first time on a late fall car trip. Besides being an attractive and sturdy carrier, this (size medium) duffle holds a LOT of clothing. It held enough for my week+ trip. The bag includes handles AND a shoulder strap, a feature I really like. I hope to purchase the matching small version of this duffle soon!

Quality construction and nice size. Unique color scheme makes it easy to identify.

I bought this as a gift for my son, and he says it's perfect!! My sons are in their 30's, and they still have their LL Bean monogrammed backpacks from elementary school. I'm guessing this duffle will last a long time too.

This bag fits so much and didn't get that heavy for how much it fit. My husband and I both took our stuff in it for a weekend.

My daughter took this to college and it fit most of her clothes. Durable.

I had previously used a bag with a similar layout which needed to be replaced and like this design. The Cordura fabric is thick enough to stand open to load and the large D shaped opening makes for easy packing. The bag appears well made and sturdy. My only suggestion would be metal clips, not plastic, a larger front pocket, and for it to be a few inches longer. I packed it with a weeks worth of clothing and it was a great travel bag. Highly recommend.

Very nice duffle. Great colors and high quality material. Bag is bigger than I thought, but that is okay. I ordered a Medium and thought it would be smaller to fit on top my rolling suitcase.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It's a generous size, has big, useful pockets on each end, a shoulder strap, and seems to be made of a durable material. Honestly, I was a bit put off by the price, but I figured I'd take a chance. If it lasts, it will be money well spent. I've only used it for one weekend trip so far, but I was very pleased. I expect to get a lot of use out of this.

This duffle is super durable, and will last many many years. I love the color, and just love how the zippers make the storage space easily accessible.

Love the colors!! It will fit in an overhead airline compartment and hold enough for a 3 day trip. Maybe 4! Nice padded shoulder strap. Two large lined end pouches that I will use for shoes. One small side outside zipper compartment. Pretty small - not sure it would my phone. Inside has some mesh and other compartments. THE BEST THING I LOVE ABOUT IT is that the inside is a light colored blue with an exclusive LL Bean logo. No more lost black socks inside a black bag. I haven't used it yet but I will next week. It's the first time I've ever been excited about luggage!

My husband needed a new duffle bag for long weekend (and short week) getaways. This bag fits the bill! The pockets on both ends are large enough to fit a pair of men's shoes or a couple of pairs of women's shoes; they also offer enough space to stash a toiletry bag and then some. The mesh pocket on the top is perfect for smaller items like underwear and socks, or to stash a book, chargers, and the like. The small mesh pockets on the inside back could be useful for medications, small toiletry items, maybe chargers, but their open top does offer some limitations. The huge interior has plenty of space for several days worth of clothing, especially for warm weather travel. The bag seems very sturdy, and we're hoping it will last as long as other LL Bean bags we have purchased in the past.
