This is actually a Christmas gift for our son, but I have one myself, so I know it's great already. I like the zipper tops. Our daughter also has one.

Perfect mom bag for me as my 3yr old gets older. The medium can hold a snack box, two water bottles, change of clothes/pull-ups, small toys, AND my wallet/phone/keys. Sometimes I can even fit a jacket or two. I'm obsessed. I want a million more!

I have 2 others for my children that we love and have had for 7+ years each. They last a long time and are good quality.

These are the best totes! Get the extra long handle and the zipper for carrying around all of the things you could possible need. Be careful though, this is the size that you could overdo it on as it will hold so much!

It is well constructed and will hold up vigorously to anything I place inside. Beautiful dark green was my choice.

Top Quality product! Pretty much lasts a lifetime. I have this same bag that I used throughout my teaching career, over 30 years. It was my signature trademark. People knew my bag! In the summer, it became my beach bag! It's even in a painting my husband had done for a 25th wedding anniversary present to me, of me and my girls walking to the beach in Hawaii. I purchased this one as a gift to my daughter who is becoming a teacher just like me! I got hers with a monogram.

Great bag, very robust in construction - sits up by itself when placed on ground. Got white on white with short handle. Zippered closure that can be tucked aside to not be used, but great to have that feature. The short handle is ok, tough to get it around the shoulder for me (not a big person, 5'5" 140lbs), probably would have gotten the long handles. Beautiful bag.

I purchased two of these totes, one for each of my grandchildren--with their names. My daughter uses them constantly whether it's for bringing toys to the beach or --minus sand-- for traveling. They're strong, easy to handle, and don't take up a lot of space when not in use. I got them in different colors so they would be easy to identify from a distance.

I purchased the natural color regular handle zip top tote in large. Our last name is in the athletic font in cypress and came out smaller than i imagined, which i appreciate. i was hoping it wouldn't look cartoonishly large. The bag is quite stiff canvas, which i really like (photo is bag fresh out of the package and sitting at a 45 degree angle against an ottoman without bending) it feels like it's just woven so tightly that you can indent or bend it how you like and it will stay like that (and stand up/open on its own, making loading easy). I anticipated it to be canvas like a Barn Coat or something, but it's completely different: better for a bag! The zipper pull is gold, which looks lovely. The zipper section fabric allows expansion of the bag upwards if you need it. I have no complaints whatsoever and intend on using this bag to replace cruddy travel bags I've had for years, using as a kids' extracurricular bag, a picnic bag, anything and everything. One thing, the Regular handles, to me, looked SLIGHTLY longer online than they are in practice. They really are more of an over-the-forearm length than a pull-it-up-your-arm-onto-your-shoulder length. That's fine for my uses, but do choose your handle length wisely if you're big on shoulder carrying.

This is my first time owning a LL Bean tote and so far I've really enjoyed it. I use it as a diaper bag. Not expensive and no real downside here.
