Hat fits fine, quality seems fine. The only complaint I would have is I ordered a Black Hat and the one I received is a Deep Dark Purple Color, I do not see that color listed on their website so I guess that is what they are calling Black. On further evaluation by my wife and kids the hat is definitely not Black!

The material expands but the fit is more snug than I expected. It is an attractive color.

i hike in this thing... i sleep in this thing... i spend most of the conscious hours of my existence in this thing... it's warm, soft, lightweight, fits my cranium most well, and aesthetically appealing to the human eye... need i say more, monsieur reader? (indeed, i thought not!!)

was looking for a non-wool beanie and this one is exactly what I was looking for. ONLY issue I have - and I've seen similar comments - it's a tad bit loose. Could definitely have been made smaller, I think. But I have a small head, so I may be in the minority. Other than that, I love it - super soft, comfortable, warm.

I wish the hat was an inch wider! It's ok as is. But could improve by this for me. Thanks

It's good looking, good quality, lightweight but warm.

Love the look and color! Not very thick or tight so more for style than warmth.

I loved the look but had to return it because it didn't fit snuggly.

Could be more fitted, definitely not for cold cold temps but alright for moderately cold weather. Probably not great for smaller heads, either. I dried mine twice and it's definitely better but I envision it will stretch back out. I like the navy and the simple logo.

My product is super comfortable but the LL Bean emblem is on upside down!

I love the feel of this hat but it isn't snug. It has no elasticity and stretches with no return to normal shape.

This hat is a bit thin for cold winter weather and wind. Expected heavier fabric.

I wished it isn't made of acrylic!

I like a beanie with a very tight weave as I wear them on the lake to fish in cold weather. The weave on this beanie is not that tight and wind blows through as I'm going down the lake at 60 to 70 mph. I have a few that are tight enough that there is no issue with the wind. I will wear this on other occasions on days that are milder, it just didn't meet my needs.

The insignia patch is cute and I liked the color. However, the hat does not cover my ears, rides up and is not warm. LL Bean has significantly lowered standards

This watch cap is too small to cover my ears. It is so tight that it gives me a headache.
