I purchased three 2-packs of XL cotton ragg socks. I was shocked to find these new socks were so much smaller than XL socks I purchased from LL Bean two years ago (see the attached picture comparing the new socks with the old ones). Before purchasing these new XL socks I read reviews of sizing problems, but I expected LL Bean to ensure that new shipments of XL socks would be correctly sized. I am disappointed with LL Bean's lack of quality control and indifference to its reputation.

I love these socks, they keep my feet warm in the cold. They don't slouch down when I am walking. They also retain their shape when I wash them. I will be buying these again.

I love these, they're cozy and still feel like a 'new' pair a year later. I'm coming back for more, but am a little sad there are no more purple.

These socks are very soft and comfortable. They are not too tight at the top. Even so, LL Bean had DISCONTINUED them without any warning so I could not stock up in my size. I am becoming very UNHAPPY with LL Bean and the number of items they are dropping,

Warm and comfortable, these cotton socks stand the test of time. I've had two pairs for several years and just added two new colors. As my stock drawer dwindles, I will replace with these socks for sure.
