I bought these to replace a pair of LL Bean fleece liner gloves, so as these were too thick, I removed the liner and they're perfect. Very soft and very warm. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is my old ones had finger and palm protection and these only have palm protection.

They're kind of a weird cut. I can't go smaller, but they're cut wide and honestly, my fingers are sore after wearing them, because they're so spread out. Like I'm holding my fingers in a starfish pose for long amounts of time. As of right now, I just slip my fingers in, not all the way, to warm them up. I can't really wear them while I'm doing anything either, because the material is so thick.

These gloves are very warm and comfortable! The fabric is lovely if you plan to wear the gloves in relatively clean places, but sawdust really sticks to it. They do wash up nicely in the machine, however - very happy with these gloves!

I purchased these gloves for dog walks and they are warm. The fit is a bit clumsy but precise maneuvers are not necessary. All I was looking for were warm hands and these work pretty well.

These gloves were great yesterday walking outside in 30 degree Maine weather with a slight breeze. Some gloves don't provide protection from wind but these were fine. I may want more for lower temps. The red is a great punch of color with Bean black jacket

Dose LLB have XS for these gloves? Size down for these gloves. Though, they're well-made, soft, and very warm.

These gloves are very soft, cozy and warm, but also bulky. It's possible to drive in them, but not much else that requires dexterity. I was trying to replace my previous pair, which were also fleece, equally warm but much thinner, but they are not available anymore. If you just want warm gloves for being outside on cold days, walking a dog or shoveling snow or whatever, these are ideal. But for unlocking the car or turning on the radio, you have to take them off.

I like these gloves. They are a bit bulky, but I find them great for shoveling and snow scooping. The one drawback for me is that I don't find them good driving gloves. The palm doesn't hold the wheel as well as I would like to feel real control in winter. They slip a bit on my steering wheel. I think the palm fabric needs a bit more "tooth" to grasp the wheel.

These gloves fit well, but they are very bulky. This makes it hard to use them while driving or trying to pick things up. I have small hands, but needed an extra large in these gloves.

LLBean's older fleece gloves (thru 2022) were excellent for flexibility and warmth from mid-20s temps & above. I sadly lost the ones I bought last year; forgot them in a school auditorium & they were gone the next day. Anyway, this year's fleece gloves are very bulky; there's so much material I can barely bend my fingers, although the gloves are roomy. I'm sending them back. Sometimes LLBean tries to improve items and makes them worse. Bring back the previous fleece gloves that were winners!

Disappointing, the gloves are too bulky for general wear and I didn't like the rubber palm inserts.

These are very warm, but I bought the large and they are both huge outside, and tight in some of the fingers.

These gloves fit well and are warmer than what I was using, but they still do not keep my hands warm enough when I go for my morning walk. I later found another pair that is a bit warmer. The difference might be because the second pair is a mitten rather than a glove.

I have an 21 year old pair of Bean's fleece gloves, size large, for my large hands that fit perfectly. Unfortunately, they are falling apart and I have repaired them several times. They have a leatherette palm that prevents my hands from slipping on my steering wheel. I wish that Bean's would make these gloves again. I can even take a photo of them and send it to you headquarters. The ols adage that "they don't make them like they used to", is appropriate here.

just got gloves delivered from online order. only medium was offered online. took a chance. wrong choice BECAUSE I found out that small IS IN STOCK at the store in Freeporrt. live in alton, nh, too far to travel, so feel like llbean discriminates against me by not offereing the small online.

fabric is so thick you can barely move your fingers which reduces warmth.

The gloves are very warm. The only issue is that its hard to grip things. They are quite slippery.

They were a bit large, but I kept them. They'll work for situations where I don't need dexterity.

I have big hands. These gloves were Giant! Other than that, I liked them. Just order down.

They are cute and fuzzy soft, but, my husband and I both got these and we just walked about 3 miles 30 degrees and our finger tips are cold. I thought for our quick daily walk they would work, but I will be returning and upgrading for one of Beans other pairs for us. Love Bean though !

It's ok but not as good as the all fleece gloves llbean used to sell. I have 2 pair of those one is 17 years old and still good. I don't like the stitched on grip pads, they won't last.

I returned these gloves as they were so thick that I felt they would not fit well in a pocket when one came indoors. Would be ok if you ONLY wore them outside.

Even the large size of this glove has really short fingers. Too short for me. It's a shame, since it's otherwise a nice glove.
