Bare hands are warmer then these gloves. Returning.

If your idea of warm is 40 degrees, these gloves are for you. I live in Maine and when I saw LLBean say gloves are ultrawarm, I was thinking 10 degrees. Maybe the person who wrote the promo is from Mississippi...or from Pakistan. The trust in LLBean continues to erode.

I like the look of these gloves, but (1) they are not really warm @ 40 degrees, and (2) they don't fit well. The lining is a too small so it takes some work to get my fingers fully in; then there's too much space between the lining and the outer glove so the finger tips are floppy and I can't use my fingers to manipulate anything. This review forces a size rating. I'm saying Too Small because that's the lining. The outer glove is probably just right.

The medium was too big and loose for my slender hands. The small was also very loose fitting, and they were too short. I was also not impressed with the quality.

I am stunned and frustrated! I have had these gloves for a while and generally love LLBean products but am continuing to see quality decline. I packed these for a trip. Didn't use them as I had a set of glove liners I took out and about. In my carry-on on the way home, I put this pair inside a hat along with the merino wool liners, an undergarment, and a leather pouch I had purchased. Upon returning home, the bag sat for a few days. I discovered the black gloves bled in many spots on the undergarment and the new leather pouch! The pouch was a gift so now it is ruined. Be careful where you put these gloves!

Hat to small, it said OSFA but not so. gloves not wind proof. I'll have to return both

I live in Vermont and walk and hike with our dogs daily, so warm gear is important in the winter. It was 30 degrees this morning, with fresh snow, and I put on my LL Bean jacket (years old and very warm), LL Bean boots (very warm) and my new Primaloft gloves. I'm wondering if maybe the Primaloft was left out of my gloves because my hands were freezing. I've already worn them so won't send them back but am disappointed as LL Bean doesn't usually disappoint.

I'm a teacher and I bought these specifically to keep my hands warm at morning parking lot duty. I wore them for the first time today since it was in the low forties, and they did not keep my hands warmer than my old knit gloves I was replacing. Tomorrow it's supposed to be in the thirties and I'm dreading morning duty. These gloves are cute, but not worth buying if you need to stand outside in the cold.

These are too small (womens L) and don't feel durable, so I'm having to pay to return them through the built-in fee in the return label. Not pleased.

These gloves are terrible. They are also not screen compliant which the catalogue description claims. That description is seriously misleading.

LL Bean's site calls these gloves "touch screen compatible." They are not. When I called customer service, the rep said well "touch screen compatible" doesn't really mean that. It means that sometimes they work, depending on the character of your screen. My screen is that of a widely owned phone. LL Bean should be ashamed.

Poor fit. Ordered large size. Lining snug, glove itself (outer fabric) ran large. Also, material used on fingertip(s) did not work with cell phone. Are not touchscreen sensitive as promoted.

Not warm. I have to remove them to use my cell phone, unlock a door, etc. Wish I would have believed previous reviewers and this is a purchase I regret. IMO LLBeans product quality has slowly eroded over the last several years. The only positive about these gloves is that I don't care if I loose them!

Loved them for a week and then a hole emerged mid finger, not around a nail, ring or thumb

I was expecting these to keep my hands warm while driving , very disappointed , especially for the price I paid

LL Bean to me means quality and I am so disappointed that they are splitting at the seams I wear them in the car to and from work only

Received as Xmas gift, wanted gloves for walking to work. It's about a 15 minute walk, 20-30 degrees out. My hand were cold after 5 minutes. Even worse on the walk home, my fingertips were frozen!! Very disappointed, the fit isn't great either. Definitely returning.

I ordered a pink pair and a black pair, got two pink pair.

The finger sensors did not work, and only one thumb sensor worked. Sent them back.

The gloves might be great driving your car but once outside they are not warm at all

Brand new and already ripping at the seams, incredibly disappointing.

The left glove fit fine, but the right glove was too snug. So I returned them.

First they were way to large for hands an I used the sizing chart. Also they felt like they were slipping off my hands after the first use. Also they are not warm enough for a dog walk in Connecticut in the winter they are more like for late winter early spring. Not at all what I thought they were going to be so I returned them.
