I have been purchasing merchandise from LL Bean for forty years now. I am very pleased with my new medium tote bag, which I bought because New Jersey now has a plastic bag ban. It is just what I wanted.

Llbean boat and totes are always the ideal gift and monogramming is always a plus!

I recently ordered several zip-top totes in large and extra large, with monograms. The construction and materials of the totes are outstanding. The sewing and seam work is top notch and well worth the price. The monograms were perfect, exactly as I indicated, in the correct colors. I had only one disappointment. I do like the bright contrasting colors in the handles, bottoms and zip-top fabric. However one of the bags had the zip-top fabric in the same neutral color as the body of the bag (green handles) which I was not expecting. I very much prefer the zip-top fabric to be in the contrasting color (blue handles). I would rather that the green bag was made like the blue one. I have no idea if this was a one-off error, or if the style of the bags is being changed. PS - Tried to include a picture but it didn't show up in the preview

I bought this tote for my sister's birthday and I know she is going to love it. I also got her the small pouch and I'm filling both with creams,soaps and body wash. I have til next January to finish this project so I can buy everything on sale. I have a small tote that a good friend gave me close to 30 years ago and I use it all the time. These hold up so well, looks like I just got it. Thanks for the great products.

I bought 4 of these and had them monogrammed for gifts during a cruise to use as beach and day bags, they were a huge hit! The medium size was perfect and having the zipper kept any flyaway sand out.

These always look great and have so many purposes. I purchase them with black trim. I have 16 year old twins. In he spirit of Wednesday I had one girls name in black.and the other name in pink which fit their respective personalities. Great quality.

Perfect size for a beach weekend trip or groceries

This bag was a gift for my daughter's birthday. We had her name put on it and she loves it! Seems like a very sturdy, roomie bag. I also like that it has a zipper at the top.

I love this bag so much and take it everywhere on the weekends. Wherever we travel, I buy a patch and stick it on, so I have a nice collection decorating the outside. Then I bought one for my sister in-law to use too and she loves it as well. Get the Zipper. Get the XL size. You won't be disappointed!!

I got the medium bag with regular handles and a zipper top. This bag goes with me everywhere! From work to the beach, to jury duty! Nothing feels as sturdy as this bag. For a typical work day I will carry: a makeup bag, ipad or laptop, kindle, chargers, a journal, a large reusable water flask, snacks, a sweater and sometimes I toss in a smaller designer bag to go out to dinner after. Most bags when I carry this much start to sag in the middle or feel like I'll break a strap, but not this, it's solid!

I purchased a large zippered tote over the summer and have been so impressed with how it's worked out that I wanted to buy a medium sized to keep in my car. There is a considerable difference between the medium and large sizes, so it's great to have both options. Both totes are great, the zip top looks really great and especially for the larger sizes, the longer strap are a must.
