The bag is exactly what I wanted. It came right in time for a weekend trip and held everything I needed. So glad I chose the long handles! It made carrying it on my shoulder possible. The best part of this purchase, though, was the customer service. I had questions and called twice and both people I spoke with listened well, addresses my concerns patiently, and were very knowledgeable. Totally on par with every experience I've had with LL Bean.

I've been debating getting one of these totes for months. I went back and forth on the color, size, and text, and finally landed on the size Medium in purple and am completely obsessed. The perfect size for all my dogs things when we travel etc. I plan to use when we go to the beach and park too. Impressed with the durability and like that it stands on its own. I got my mom the mini and my friend the small after for birthdays!!

My daughter absolutely loved her bag. She uses it to take her lunch and other items to work each day. Perfect size

This is a very well constructed, great looking, super durable tote bag. We've been using them for years. Nice accent colors. Can be monogrammed. Two strap lengths - we have always chosen the longer straps. Would highly recommend this tote.

I have a few different sizes and use them for many different things. These are sturdy, stand by themselves and extremely useful.

I purchased the small Boat and Tote with "mama" embroidered on the front in the small cursive font. As a recent new mom, I needed a lightweight bag that I could easily carry to and from the office with my pump parts. It's a great size for what I needed, and will be used for many years to come beyond its originally intended purpose. This bag can easily elevate a day to day look and be used for groceries, trips to the beach/park, and while traveling. 10/10 would recommend.
