I love all my Bean totes and their incredible durability and quality; however, this was my first extra-large tote and it was way too big for my needs. I did a simple return for a size large. I'd recommend this bag for sports gear, laundry, or anything big and unruly!

I've been using these rugged, functional and attractive bags for decades now, and the quality of this one is just as outstanding as they always have been. The new twist is the long handles this time. Toting them to and from the boat, and around different towns for shopping and recreation, sometimes I've tried to put them on my shoulder to shift the weight around, and it's not really comfortable. With these longer handles I'll be able to carry in either hand (still good ground clearance) or on either shoulder without a problem. Looking forward to exploring with it this summer.

The best classic, sturdy bags. We have several to hold categories of toys for the grandkids. They'll go get the block bags or the train bags. This "Golden" tote lives up to its name, just like the four-legged supermodel pictured. It carries laptops, leashes, snacks, crayons, and groceries like a champ.
