I finally ordered from LL Bean and it was they NYT WIRECUTTER PICK blue trim long Straps and it like it but it looks so bigger than a medium and the straps are very long to me im wondering if I may have gotten a large by accident or is it just me

Love these totes. With my most recent purchase , I now own one Medium sized, and two Large sized totes. They not only hold multiple items, but the straps can handle the weight , even when the bag is filled

We are very happy with your totes. I would like to say I have a small one that I love for quick trips to the store. I've also had many complements on the small tote. It measures 9x5 1/2x 9 1/2 tall. It's a great size but I don't believe you carry that size anymore. I do like that.

The size of this tote is perfect for a quick trips to the classroom or running out for lunch. I can put my small bag in it along with my iPad, my gloves, and anything else I might need.

Love these totes. I have purchased more than a dozen of them (size medium) for myself and for gifts. As a teacher for 27 years, I took my "teacher bag" to work every single morning, carrying things that needed to go to school and then bringing home things that I needed there. When I had chemo, my teacher bag went with me each time filled with puzzles, books, cards and comfort items to pass the three hour sessions more quickly. I never travel without one. They are perfect on the plane for holding my water bottle, snacks, a book or magazine and my travel documents. My most recent tote purchase was for my granddaughter who will graduate with her teaching degree and soon will be teaching elementary school. Because "every teacher needs a teacher bag" it is the perfect graduation present for her. My worn older bags (some 30 years old) have been used for all kinds of other things-garden tools, rags, beach toys, dog food and supplies when we travel, picnic supplies, bathroom supplies when camping, the list goes on. There are dozens of uses for these wonderful bags and I have never thrown one out for being too worn to use. They wear like iron! I highly recommend.

Durable, versatile, great gift! I am a big fan of the Boat and Tote! I use it to lug any number of things, but the classic design is also great for everyday use. Super durable. A bit heavy, but manageable.

How can anyone say anything but good things about Bean's iconic Totesfor over 60 years we have utilized them for carrying groceries to decoys to beach gear to books and more. Our children and grands have receive them as gifts because the quality of the canvas and construction never wear out. We love our Bean Bags and will continue to gift the original Tote.

In 1981, when I first moved to Boston, I bought a boat and tote bag to carry my laundry down the street to the laundromat. Over the years, I've used it at least weekly to carry laundry down the stairs to the washer and dryer. It's also carried Christmas presents to the family Christmas, dog supplies on road trips, and when I lived on a sailboat for two years, it held my entire wardrobe. It's starting to get a little worn now, but I'm not giving it up!
