These fit my thin legs perfectly and are super comfortable. As with all SW, I tend to size down from 7.5 to 7. As always, Zappos provided me with awesome customer service and I highly recommend purchasing this style. These boots are beautiful, well made, super versatile and most importantly comfortable.

I own the Lowland boots in both Loden and Praline. They are just so comfortable and the suede is so luxurious. I've walked all day in them and they are just a dream. Some people find Stuart Weitzman to run big, but I actually find them true to size. Get them!

Gorgeous boots!

Beautiful boot, gorgeous dark blue. Still trying to decide about the ties... at this price point I have to love everything. I am kind of eh on the ties.

I obsessed over these boots forever. I studied photos of other women wearing them in a variety of colors - all of them exuding effortless style and good looks. I knew that eventually I must have them. Where to start? I ordered a 7.5 in Londra suede. They were very snug on my feet and comfortable enough walking around in my home, but did I want to gamble $800 or so on whether they would stretch enough to be comfortable to wear all day out and about? And they were definitely grey. I was looking for more brownish-grey. I exchanged for an 8 in Praline suede. A remarkably simple process- Thank you, Zappo's! This color still has some grey, but not as dark as the Londra. It is still dark enough not to show smudges/scuffs and will coordinate with everything I own. The 8 fits my foot perfectly now. I hope it does not stretch. I consider my upper and lower legs to be average circumference- more "thick" than bony and both the 7.5 and the 8 easily stretched to fit comfortably. I am 5'7 with more leg than torso and the boot hits well above my knee. Although I am nearly 60, this boot is classy and simple enough that I don't appear to be "trying too hard." That's what I'm telling myself, anyway.

Wow! is about the only description that seems fitting for these Lowland boots as well as the service from Zappos. And about the fitting part, after reading through all of the comments and all of the different purchaser's sizes and heights I decided to order the size I normally purchase in shoes. While I am actually a 10.5 W seldom can I find shoes in that size so end up buying 11 in most brick and mortar stores. Ended up the same with Zappos. I ordered the 11 M and they arrived incredibly fast. And during Christmas shipping season at that! The Londra is gorgeous and they slid on and off like bedroom slippers. All day walking on concrete and at the end of the day I still felt like I had the house slippers on. And the comments on the look throughout the days of wearing them sure lifts the spirit which puts just a little more pride in my step. As much as these little jewels cost they were my Christmas present from me to me. Now this is the way to take care of ones self. I can see myself ordering another pair in a different color next Christmas. If you're vacillating back and forth on the purchase as many of the reviews including myself, just take the plunge and treat yourself to a little bit of luxury that will follow each step of each day in these marvel of quality produced by Stuart Weitzman.

These boots are amazing! I am a size 10, I ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly! I receive compliments every time I wear them. Worth the investment.

Amazing boot. Love the grey but the buff is too light. Wish it were a couple shades darker...

I bought these boots a week ago in London Suede and have worn them every day since. They work well with blue or black jeans, sweater skirts or leggings with a longer sweater. I am a runner and cyclist and have larger muscular calves. The stretch suede made the boots an attractive and comfortable fit. I also need a wide toe box and the W width works perfectly for me. I love being able to wear low comfortable heels that still look feminine, thanks to the over the knees style, and also love being able to wears skirts and dresses in the winter (though I would not wear these boots through ice or snow) while still staying warm. If they hold up as well as my other SW boots, I'll be tempted to order another pair in black.

I have these boots in the Buff color. I'm 5'11''and I am a plus size woman. It is true about the stitching around the middle of the boot (read Tourniquet) as I have large calves. However, I really love these boots so I wear them a bit scrunched and they reach my mid-knee, so they are high enough, but not over the knee because of the center stitching. Still a great boot and a great look for me! I receive so many compliments on the way I wear them. Easy on and off (you can always buy a boot pull if needed!) Quality is everything!I am saving for a darker color as well.

I really debated over spending so much money on a pair of boots, but I finally decided this was a wardrobe statement item. They really are well made and the suede is perfect. I bought the grey. The boots do have some stretch, but not a lot of extra room - they are fitted. They hit me several inches above my knee and there is no leftover space! If my lower thigh was any bigger, they might not work. Im small to average build 5'5" tall. They fit my calf fine, and I purchased the 6.5 as I am a small size 7 so I listened to other reviews that said size down - so glad I did. If you want the same look, but dont want to spend as much, the Sam Edelman paloma boot is a great alternative! I purchased them in black and they are amazing! they are a faux suede but look expensive.

Purchased elsewhere, these boots are absolutely fabulous! They do run rather small through the calf. They fit my leg just fine but I can see how an athletic build would not work. They slide on like a dream. The suede is very fine. Overall, worth the hefty price tag. I got the Nice Blue suede and it is indeed a nice blue, not quite navy but not bright either. Nice Blue is the perfect description for the color.

These boots are perfect <3 They're pricey, but the fit and shape are incomparable--I felt that if I went with a lookalike I'd still spend a lot and wouldn't be as satisfied. And if you think of these as lifetime boots that you can wear season after season, it helps! These are perfect with skinny jeans and skirts of all lengths. I bought the Stuart Weitzman suede protective spray and brush to help maintain them.

These boots are so beautiful. They are lightweight and very comfortable (so far). I would agree with other reviewers that these boots definitely run 1/2 size large, so I sized down to 7.5 (my normal size being an 8). The 7 1/2 fit more snugly around the ankle with no bunching. I really love Zappos. I feel like the customer service Zappos provides is right up there with the best of the best. I am a little disappointed, however, with the packaging of these $800 boots. My boots came in a generic cardboard box (not a Stuart Weitzman box) and didn't include the foam sponge to clean them, nor did it include any dust bag. Other than that, I received them overnight and am extremely happy with them.

Perfect boot! I got them in 4 colors! (Call me obsessed?) My shoe size is 10, little bit on wide side, the adjusted to my foot like a glove. Important advice: treat them every 5-6 wears with suede protection spray! It will not affect your suede color & does miracles for protection! LOOOVE them!

Yes they are pricey and yes...they are simply beautiful. Im shoe size 10, little wide, And they fit me perfectly. What color to get?!? Any of them will not disappoint you. What I do, I spray them with suede protection spray...and they were able to handle even when my daughter spilled hot chocolate all over them!

These are fantastic, stylish and chic! They fit like a glove. I am so happy with these over the knee boots! They fit true to size and are very comfortable.

I am 5'1", 21 years, and a true 6½ always. I originally bought the 6½ and because I had a little more space in the front than needed and the area around the ankle had this indentation (imagine having on skinny jeans and putting your foot in a ankle boot that has space around your ankle) I hated it! So I ordered the 6 and they were perfect. Now, I generally wear thin socks, I hate thick socks and also my feet I would say is borderline wide. So if you wear thick sicks and and have for sure wider feet just go with the 6½. If you do not mind that bulge around the ankle. I think it looks weird on petite/skinner girls. When in doubt though order both sizes and pick the best one! Rather be safe than sorry on expensive shoes.

I am tall, so these boots act as "my high heel" because they are sexy in the leg, but do not make me taller. The tie at top helps them stay up if one has very thin thighs. These are really great/standout boots. They come in several colors which I love not just black.

Stunning! This was a huge splurge for me - I have never bought a pair of shoes/boots that cost more than this. I bought the slate in a size 11 and I am 5'8. (I saw them on a woman in Navy and they were beautiful but much more casual looking than the slate.) I absolutely LOVE them. I can dress them up or down. I get zillions of complements on them. The quality is extraordinary. And, the fit is perfect! Clearly, I am thrilled with these boots and highly recommend them. I will say, you do have to tie them frequently and if you have large calves they will not fit you. You can always return them if they don't work - I am so glad I gave them a try - they are up there with the best shoes I have ever owned and I am 54 so I have owned a lot of shoes!

I must have tried these boots on in person at least give times before I decided to buy them because the price point was so steep, I wanted to be sure! I also ordered several other very similar over the knee suede boots from different companies at a cheaper price point to make sure the Stuart Weitzmans were unlike any other cheaper version. I am usually a 9, and tried on both the 9 and 8½, like all other reviewers, you have to go down half a size on these, so I purchased the 8½ in the dark green Logan color. I was so delighted. They are gorgeous. I have already worn them to work four times with skirts, and out to date night with leggings or waxed skinny jeans. You can dress them up or down. I love them. The suede is super soft. The foot is sleek and easily grips to the ground when walking, so warm and comfortable. They feel like Uggs. I honestly feel like I have created a whole new range of outfits with these. Also, it does not hurt that they are so quintessentially Stuart Weitzman, people stop me all the time to ask about them. I got the green ones because I wear lots of grey, white, black and cream, I knew they would go with everything in my closet. The end.

I love these boots. The color (bordeaux) is beautiful, and the suede is so soft. Didn't have any difficulty sliding them on and off, and they're incredibly comfortable as well as looking very elegant and flattering. I was a bit worried that they might not be long enough (I'm 6'2" with 37" legs), but they're perfect - they cover my whole knee and stop just above the top of my kneecap. I do agree with other reviewers that they run a little large - I'm usually an 11, but the 10.5 fits me perfectly in these. Only complaint is that I know I'm not going to be able to resist spending more money I can't afford on a second pair in another color.

The color is a tan suede, not grey. It runs one half size bigger, so size down. The leather plonge stretch is true to size.

Super stylish, comfy, plus glam enough to wear in evenings and still manage to walk to my car!! The one tiny criticism is that when worn, viewing these boots from the side, the back of the heel of the shoe part of the boot looks like it's sticking out a bit. Other than that, it's perfect.
