First time buying this brand. This is the exact style and color I want. Unfortunately I received one with small scratches on the edge. Since they no have the color I purchased in stock, nothing can be done. I decide to keep the bag anyway because its not easy to find a style and color that I like and the scratch is not extremely noticeable. However, very disappointed with the after service. Be careful of purchasing anything from them especially if the product run out.
