size runs very small. Unfortunately the quality of their shoes is not what it used to be. Cheep leather and hard insole. I've found this of the last few pairs I have purchased. The quality definitely lacking.

Wanted to love them but they're so uncomfortable and I'm a regular heel wearer. I bought a pair of Inez shoes from Spain and so far those are the ONLY heels that have ever been comfortable. I used to wear Cole Haan when they had the Nike Air collab. Left and came back but just not consistent with comfortability.

They are too narrow. I usually size up because I have wide feet and I’ve ordered this style in a different color. My old pair are better than these. This pair just doesn’t compare.

These would've been the perfect classic pump, but all my toes weren't covered and there was gaping in the back. If you don't mind the toe issue and have wide feet, these will work, but size down a half a size.

The shoes are made of soft leather, fit perfectly on the feet and are very comfortable. The low heel is comfortable for casual-wear. It's the first time when I bought women's pumps without trying them on but I'm completely satisfied.
