They don't quote mold to my foot. I don't know if it's because of the slight bend in the shoe at the front but they leave a gap at the top and no amount of walking flattens them out. I even went back to the store to try a half size and full size down but they were too small. It could be because I have really narrow feet. I tossed the box so can't return them but may gift them to my SIL.

The true Cole Haan flats that I have worn for years. Tried some of the outlet products and they never fit well. These are perfect- workmanship and suede quality are TOP,

I recently purchased 3 different pairs of this shoe style. I have a very difficult foot to fit, short toes and slightly wider than a B at the ball. I wear a 6-6.5, and ordered a 6.5. While these don't have much arch support, they are very comfortable. They get compliments!
