Heel hurts.

The soles were stiff and so pulled away from the heels pulled when walking. Just not very comfortable. They also were cheap looking in real life considering the brand and price. Immediately returned.

I ordered another style of this shoe in my true size: 9.5. They were way too big, so I ordered this style in a 9, since the other style was not available in that size. Unfortunately, they also were too big. I like these colors, but they seemed more conservative in person. Zappos shipping was good, of course, the shoes were in new condition. I wish it worked out...

These are so nice. I ordered the wide fit and they did not fit at all, not true width.

Fit and feel were good, but lacked style. It's going back.

It’s a beautiful shoe, exquisitely made. However, they are at least a full size larger than I know a size 7 to be. Even with inserts, I cannot keep them on my feet

Runs big, plasticy look and feel, burgundy color is very dark and looks brown. Also the style is clunky and overly masculine.

I ordered the shoes in an extra wide. They seem very narrow and I have never been able to wear them. I use them for my very expensive paper weights.

Right shoe significantly smaller than. Left. Probably a manufacturing defect.

Fit and size terrible because shoe is so badly made with cheap materials. Terrible.

These are awful. Cheap material, cheap fit, cheap look.
