The boots are very nice. I however was shocked to see the condition of the box and packing that came with these boots. Obviously tried on before, packing from boot removed, paper torn, box torn, loose papers in the box....thrown in box, plastic taken off.......really a surprise to receive this type of packing from Zappos. It is disappointing to open a package in this condition. Should never have been sent out this way.

Fit was too big and bulky

The style to me is attractive and NOT bulky for my petite frame. I wear 6.5 regular foot size (not narrow nor wide). The Vina fits comfortable without socks but can be snugged with thick socks on ( in the toe area). The heels, however, won't stay put when I walk so a no go for travels or even for regular shopping. Need to return, unfortunately.

They are very cute however the size did not work for me. I typically order 1/2 size larger for my wide feet however these were also very LONG. Much longer than my usual size 8s. Because of that as I walked, my foot would slip out of the boot. Putting soles in did not help as that would make the front too tight. Unfortunately I had to return them.
