Comfortable, good support, good flexibility in the sole. Feels a lot like the 26, which I'm currently running in and like. The 27s seem a half size smaller again, though, like the 25s. I always wear a size 6 in running shoes, across multiple brands over the years, but needed a 6.5 in the WaveRider 25s. Version 26 was a shade longer and I could wear a 6 again. And now with the 27s, I'm back to a 6.5. The toe box seems shorter and narrower again in the 27s compared to the 26s.

I've been wearing the wave rider since its inception. What is that 27 years now? They fit me like a glove. I never ever have to break them in . I never ever get blisters, never ever get black toes. I try and run over 1000 to 1200 miles a year so I change my shoes out every 250 miles. I'm just praying that Mizuno doesn't change them at all.

I love these shoes for running. There's a good amount of padding and they're really comfortable which are great for reducing stress on my knees.

I love the knit construction. Lightweight yet sturdy. My go to shoe for 5 and 10k runs.

I've worn Wave Riders for the last ten years and have now purchased this model twice. Getting ready to buy pair number three as I prep for my first marathon. I felt like I should try another brand and had to return two pairs of shoes that people love. They just didn't compare to these guys!

My staples for years. Have never found another fit that is even close for my low-volume, high-arched, high-instep feet.

ASICS had the nerve to change my beloved gel Nimbus, so I had to find a replacement. After testing a few different models I am happy to say the Wave Runner is my new go to! Comfortable, cushy, but not overly so, these are perfect (for me)!

These sneakers are so light and comfortable, I don't want to take them off. I have a narrow foot, and I sized up 1 whole size.

Walking for exercise. One pair usually last me about 7 weeks before I have to change to new ones.

For a person that has a history of feet issues, this shoe supports my foot in all the right places.

This is the only brand that fits my narrow and neutral foot.
