My doctor advised Skechers for arch support two years ago, and I bought a pair and in ONE DAY the pain disappeared. Since then, I bought over 30 pairs! I am a solid Skechers fan!

The left shoe and right shoe did not fit the same. The right shoe rubbed on my upper right side mid-foot. Overall neither shoe had adequate arch support. And the inner foot liner was glued in so not replaceable. Overall, they just didn't fit well or deliver the comfort I expected. The forefoot, toe box fit well. I've never tried Skechers before so their last may just not be right for my feet. The shoes appeared to be well constructed.
I'd also recommend:
Asics and Saucony generally fit me reliably well.

Sneakers do not have laces so can't be loosened up.
They felt tight and narrow even in Extra Wide Width.
Size was 1/2 to 1 size too large.

Unfortunately I had to return the shoes. Did not fit his high arched foot. The process for returns was seamless and very user friendly. I will definitely be doing business with Zappos again because of their customer service excellence.

I normally wear size 10 but had to go with size 9 as 10 fit too loosely. Not sure if thats the issue for other sizes but beware of size 10. Go with a 9 if you want this to fit like a glove. But otherwise very comfortable and the cushioned orthotic sole make it great for all day comfort. If you are on your feet a lot these shoes are for you!!

On the right foot, it didn't have enough give on my arch. Wife took out the stiching on the top elastic gore which gives it a little more give.. I'm still trying to break them in, but my feet hurt when I wear these all day. Maybe I need a shoe insert? Not enough padding on the soles.
The slip in definitely makes things easier for me.

The sneaker is much more "ridged than I expected. There is more firmness to the shoe making it seem heavy and cloggy! I hope these break in very soon as sometimes my feet ache. I have tried to flex them, but have no luck. That actually is a positive comment. They are very comfortable and the Slip-On feature was the reason I shopped Skechers!

Love the slip-ins, great fit and look real sharp.. but unlike my safety toe slip-ins, the elastic on the top of these is real tight (tho i suppose it will loosen over time).. and the elastic strips inside the shoes that go from top to bottom are not flush with the sides, they just sorta hang there, so my big toe got caught the first time i put them on.. gotta go in slow. Overall i like the shoes tho, very cool design.. just needs some fine tuning elastic-wise.

I wear these to the gym. I wear them going out on most occasions. I wear them when hiking locally up through several miles. Really comfortable, yet a great rugged sole. I would use them for yard work, but I don't want to dirty them up.

I bought these for my partner s d He lived them. He says they are very comfortable . He is a casual guy but He really liked this style which made me happy cause I think the style is cool also. Slip on and extra wide fit was a must for us

I wear both pairs (different colors) but the one has started to rip in the toe area. How long should one expect these to last? They were purchased last year, less than 2 years old. Still returnable?

I dont take time to review things; but these shoes rock. Had shoulder surgery so one arm for months. Went for shoes ya dont gotta tie. I now use em for work and will re-purchase indefinitely

Seems a bit too snug. The tension on the top needs to loosen up a bit. I think I'd prefer to use Velcro straps to first fit and then also gives the ability to adjust later. Wore for two weeks and still a bit too snug and a little hard to slip into without rocking my foot side to side.

I bought these for a handicap man who has trouble putting on shoes. These are not slip in by any means and he still has difficulty putting them on. Once on he loves them. Just wish they were easier.

Easy hands free slip-on? Not really. Takes a fair amount of effort to slip-on. And if you're wearing socks, your socks will be scrunched around your ankle, and toes will be cramped. It's not possible to put these on without pulling the socks way up. The fit around the top of the foot is real snug. I'm wondering if I should have bought wide. All my adult like I've been 10.5 / medium width with no problems with any brand. All that said, they are reasonably comfortable after the socks stretch out. Not buying another pair unless/until this pair "breaks-in" and ease of slip-on improves.

I like the way it feels like it hugs my feet. The slip-in feature is really nice. I wish it came in blue or something other than two shades of gray. But I did buy two pair at Fred Meyer.
