This is the second time I ordered this product from Zappos and both times they have sent the incorrect size. I ordered the size 9.5-10 on their website, and that is what is listed on my receipt, but I am receiving the size 8-8.5 instead.

I am a woman with a wide foot and a very high instep. I've also gone full minimalist. I can't even get my foot into any of the women's VFFs, and even some of the men's are too "low ceiling-ed" for me. These are "convertibles" - they look like mutant men's dancing pumps. No ceiling. I was hoping to use these for running when it's too cold for sandals, but alas, the forefoot-landing of barefoot running drives the edge of the opening into my instep. I will keep these for non-running use; they are overall not as hot to wear as the full-coverage VFFs. People with "low volume" feet - low instep - will likely have no issues. Nice shoon, just not for running for the likes of me. I am size 40, and my forefoot is 10.cm at the ball.

These are not for everyone. They are great to build up the strength in your feet and relieve back pain but most people’s feet are shot and these are not good.

First and last time i will ever order from zappos. Shoes look nice and are good quality but wrong size. Despite reading all the reviews saying they sent the wrong size i still went ahead and ordered them bc of the free shipping. Wrong choice.
