Warm and comfortable, although I thought there would be fleece or some soft material on the inside instead of the cold, smooth lining.

Very nice jacket and warm but it was huge. I look like Sasquatch. I got the tall large and I'm 6'3", yet the arms were way too long, and the jacket hung down to my knees. It's huge! Did I say it's too big... I returned it for a medium/regular/medium!

This jacket is very warm and good in the cold wind. The sleeves seem a little short and I got an XL because I wear a 44R. I'm pleased with it and I recommend it.

It was not soft enough for my skin . You used to make some great soft fleece jackets

Well constructed, but not as soft or thick as other sherpa from less expensive brands.

I read all previous reviews prior to ordering and no surprises when mine arrived today. Fit is fine, but as others commented on, the elastic cuffs (and to a degree the elastic waist as well) are much too "loose" for my tastes. This can partly be compensated for by rolling them over, but they really should be tighter, as on my much-preferred Bean warm up jacket acquired a year ago and which I heartily recommend.

This fleece jacket had pretty good reviews so I was pretty excited to try it on. The fleece is thin, and you can see the mesh backing underneath, especially near seams. Material is also a bit more on the scratchy side. I expected better quality from the brand.

The jacket has only two pockets which are hardly big enough for cell phone and gloves. The jacket needs a inside pocket to carry cell phone.

This Sherpa Jacket is Beautiful and incredibly well made...but was returned because you can't wear it with a short sleeve shirt. While the interior lining is softer fabric; the arms are a slick, cold nylon material so one would need to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath in order to wear it. Truely unfortunate as most people like Sherpa fleece for its comfort and warmth.

I didn't like the jacket. I ordered a large long, and the fit is good, except for the sleeves are about 3" too long. I'm a lanky 6' 3", with long legs and arms and the sleeves bunched up near the wrists. Didn't like the lining, would rather the fleece be inside and the wind stop stuff on the outside. That could be my fault, maybe I didn't read the description well enough. My biggest complaint is that the outer pocket up by the collar isn't big enough to hold my phone. And it's not that big of a phone. It was warm enough, no complaints there, but it just didn't fit my needs. Overall, just not a good value, imo.

Overall, I liked this jacket but returned it because I didn't the feel of the rib knit wrists and hem. Just a personal preference - the jacket itself was warm, soft and well made.

The "large" sizes or your standard model has put on a few pounds. My wife gifted me with this sherpa jak and ordered it based on my previous poly sweaters sizes I've had for 20 yrs. Too big for large and too small for xtra lrg. Chest zip pocket on the other hand is too small for Android but just snug for I-phone dimensions. Hem on bottom could also use adjustable cords.
Good for a sweater over sweater.
I'm 6 ft.tall and 200 lbs.

Would have loved it, but the LL Bean men's size small is too big. Much closer to a size medium in virtually every other brand.

This seems like a great jacket in many ways however a large absolutely will be too small for you if you wear a 44. I am a perfect size 44 and the large of this jacket in my opinion is actually a medium.

It's a weird jacket. I was drawn to it because of the cuffs and waistband-but the elastic fabric is very loose and stretchy there. The jacket has a thin layer of fleece over an interior lining. It is not warm and the fleece isn't thick as they say. It feels pretty cheap. There are much better options out there for less. Will return.

The chest pocket is pretty ugly. Not sure why they would design it that way. I would own every color but for the pocket.

Ran extremely small. Not not too short but tight. Not a good replacement for my Bean fleece lined sweatshirt.

Runs way too small. The 3x is the size of a 1x. Never had a 3x that didnt fit me in any other brand

For a Tall size in XXXL it runs on the small side. The sleeves are a tad short. And it's tight around the middle. I've bought other 3XL Tall items from LL Bean that fit fine.

I returned this jacket because I looked like a "fuzzy bear" when I wore it. The fleece is too "wooly" compared to other jackets offered by the competition. Can't say enough about the return policy of L.L.Bean.

The jacket was really nice but the cuffs were made for a person with arms that were 2 or 3 times as big as mine!
