The strap across the toes was too tight. Overall these sandals were not comfortable.

The color was darker than I had pictured. Also felt that the ankle strap was uncomfortable and as I had found shoes with lower heels I decided to return these.

Not comfortable at all! Wore one night out and had to take them off. Tried to wear them another night and right before I left the house had to take them off and change.

This was the first time I've been in the market for a sandal with a block heel, and unfortunately this low heel height did not look good on my feet. Also, the ankle straps are thin - after walking around at home there seemed to be too much give, so I was worried that they would not hold up over time. Unfortunately I am returning these.

Way too big!! Definitely Mis-sized

I really wanted to like these shoes. I usually wear a size 8. They run big so I ended up with a 7. They’re cute shoes but not very comfortable for me. If I hadn’t worn them outside, I would return them. Cute shoes - just not the right shoe for my high arch feet!

I'm 5'2" and the heel and ankle portion of this shoe was really high up on my ankle that it was extremely uncomfortable. Maybe these are best for tall people??

They’re cute, but that’s it. Heel rubbed and there is absolutely no arch support or cushioning in the insole. I needed more than cute.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but I agree with previous reviewers, the ankle strap was bothersome being too high on the ankle and the left foot strap inside was not "finished" that it was irritating my ankle as I walked. I wanted to put a piece of felt on the inside strap covering up the seam that was causing the problem. Also, the top strap was would have been more comfortable if it was 2 cm further down from the toe area of the shoe. It was hitting the bottom part of my toes I flexed forward. The overall shoe is stylish and the padding is not bad but overall construction and material of the ankle strap and placement of the top strap is uncomfortable.. It's going back. =I

Purchased these shoes for my daughter to wear to her school homecoming dance. They are very cute and fairly comfortable, but the quality is so-so. The finishing stitching on the end of the strap of one of the shoes was very poor, so ragged leather was sticking out. Called Zappos customer support and as per usual excellent Zappos service, they immediately shipped a replacement. BUT... replacement pair had the same issue. Thankfully, one pair had the issue on the right shoe, the other pair on the left shoe, so we were able to make one good pair from the two. Good thing, because at that point we didn't have time to go through another replacement cycle.

Super-cute with a solid heel, this shoe had potential for wear at a Saturday night wedding reception. Sadly, the cupped rear piece would have chafed behind the ankles, for sure.

Toe strap was very tight. I couldn't even walk around the house comfortably. Too bad because they looked great. Back they went. Thanks Zappos for the easy return policy!

Ordered these for a wedding I was in and knew I was in trouble pretty quickly. The height of the heel pushes your foot forward just enough that your toes want to hang over the edge. I was very uncomfortable. Also, the back comes up higher than seems necessary. I have faint scars now from where the shoe dug into the back of my leg all day.

Very cute shoe and runs true to size. I love the style of the shoe, every minimalistic.

The ankle strap is apparently for very narrow ankles. I could buckle it, but I could not walk in it.

Love the shoe but it just doesn't fit right ...something is off with the ankle strap, it's fine until I walk. I wear a 6 and bought a 6, the 6 fits. I'll walk around the house more before I decide whether to keep them.

These shoes are adorable, but very narrow. If you have wider feet they likely won't fit.

I absolutely love the style of these shoes and the size of the heel. The only reason I am hesitant right now to recommend them is because the first time I wore these (at a wedding) I got terrible blisters from the ankle strap. I am going to keep these shoes and hope that this wears off over time!

The toe box is VERY NARROW! I couldn't wear these around the room so I know I won't be able to wear them around town.

Just not comfortable

The backing was way too high and hurt my achilles tendon. Will not be able to comfortably wear these.

Cute shoes but so uncomfortable after about an hour. The strap rubs my toes and the back of the shoe chafes above my heel. Not sure they’ll soften up. Do not recommend.

This was small compared to a sandal from him I bought earlier this summer.

the straps were extremely uncomfortable for me. otherwise this was a nice-looking shoe.
