The picture looks more gray, these are true taupe. Very narrow. Had to send back.

Very cute boots, loved the color and style. However, they’re very narrow, and the footbed is hard. The leather is very stiff and doesn’t seem like it will soften with wear.

I really wanted to like these boots, but not only were they overall too small (and pinchy) but the boot itself looked poorly constructed. The brand new out-of-the box soles were crumbling away from the boot and didn't appear like they'd hold up to any use whatsoever.

Usually, I fit perfectly into all Zappos 8.5 sizing. I don't have an issue. These shoes run definitely a full size smaller. Excellent style, great material and construction.

Thus boot is a full size small. I wear a standard 10 and both the length and width fit like I was trying on a size 9 - maybe even smaller. Also, I really wanted the gray/stone tone shown in the photo but it is truly a taupe. Otherwise, it’s a great looking boot with a nice toe shape. Debating about whether to order the size 11.

These felt small on my right foot but not my left. Did not realize the zipper is on the outside leg of the boot, not the inside. I sent them back.
