The Reebok work is very comfortable. You may have to go down your size . These shoes definitely support your feet on the concrete floors.

Definitely will need a more comfortable insole. Do not purchase if you have wide feet unless there is a wide option. I love them overall.

The shoes fit good, I got a larger size and wide so I can insert my orthopedic supports inside and they fit perfectly. They do rub the pinky toes, and the shoe is heavy.
