stitching poorly done denim colored suede not uniform

I'm actually pretty stunned these shoes are made by Allen Edmonds. I have a couple other pairs of shoes from AE and have never had issues. Great quality. But these things? These things have been horrendous. Despite being exactly the same size as another pair of loafers I own from AE, they're uncomfortable on my feet. At first I felt like maybe I just needed to give them time to be "broken in", but it's been a few months with no change. What's worse is that they've begun to fall apart in such a short span of time. The front and back of the shoe are totally worn out - and I've probably only worn these things 7-10 times. I swear they started to show signs of wear and tear after maybe one or two outings. I am attaching photos for reference. I really feel that I should be refunded for these shoes. They were not cheap but they sure feel cheap. Is Allen Edmonds starting to fall away from their commitment to quality?

Sadly, I had to return these. I loved the way they looked and felt but the toe / front part of both shoes was very worn down after only wearing them one time. I have multiple other pairs of AE that I've had for years, a couple I've re-souled, but these missed the mark.

I ordered a wide shoe and this was a D at best, I just haven't found the time to send them back, I love AE shoes but may need to go custom at this point
