Best loafers I've had. Can be dressed up or down. I'm usually a 10.5 D with a slightly wide foot. 10.5 in these were almost slipping off. I sized down to a 10 D (again, slightly wide foot) and they were pretty snug under the "bit" but loosened up to what feels like a normal 10.5 to me. Foot height rather than width is likely what's most at play for these shoes when looking at sizing. If you have a tall foot, size up or these might not be for you. I was able to try on in person.

I am very pleased with my Sebastian Bit Driving Loafers (brown). Very comfortable immediately, with substantial soles and AE's high quality construction. I'm very fond of driving loafers, but most are too fragile and offer no support. These are great!

Beautiful craftsmanship and superior comfort in the loafers. Internal padding makes wearing these seem like walking on clouds. Soft leather.

These loafers are incredibly stylish and beautiful. The quality of the leather is unmatched and that shade of brown is just incredible. As eye catching as these loafers are, they are also quite comfortable. I could wear these all day long and they work from the boardroom to the bar. Very versatile and an incredible footwear option!

Got these for a good deal and was thrilled when they arrived. Looks, fit, and quality are all great, it was the perfect piece I needed for an upcoming vacation. FYI the color I got was a variation of green by title but I was skeptical and hoping to be more brown. My doubts were correct, as I wanted, and they looked way closer to brown to most people in most lighting. The four stars are only because unfortunately upon wearing them for more than a few minutes, they were incredibly uncomfortable. This is depspite what I thought was a glove-like fit and certainly not what I was expecting. Sitting down they feel fine, but walking more than 10 feet is painful. The heel area has very little cushion and my feet were killing me after a few hours at a cocktail party. My girlfriend and I laughed because while walking back to our room at the resort, she took her high heels off (as always) and I took these off (a first for me). We both walked back barefoot with shoes in hand as the pain was untolerable. So looks over comfort? You decide. I will still try to wear if I can and probably try to retrofit with new insoles or heel cushion inserts.

Great moc, comfortable and appears long lasting. Runs a little narrow for me so ended up sizing up like a size or more, otherwise great. Ended up returning because of the color, nice green actually and really great price but wanted a more traditional brown leather to have more wearing options.

Length was to size, a little wider than expected. Leather is very stiff. Overall still comfortable and I would recommend.

I love this shoe. My only complaint is that they run very narrow. I originally purchased a 9.5D, but had to exchange for a 10D to accommodate the narrow fit.

I love the look/style, but they're too wide. Normally I take an M. The "D" is much wider than most other D width. Can I get a narrower size?

Fit is very tight. Great looking moc, but the sizing is way off from normal AE shoes. I'd recommend a half to full size bigger. They do loosen up a little after some wear, but not enough to become comfortable.

They don't fit properly. I returned them. They looked funny shaped on my feet.

Not as nice as I expected. They're a little wide in the uppers and look funny on my feet. Honestly I think they're overpriced. Maybe if they fit better I would feel differently. I should have visited a retail store and tried them on before ordering on line. I've purchased several other styles on line in the past and have been quite pleased. But not this time.

just received these shoes. Ordered Mahogany, but the shoes are brown. Wait for the kicker! Ordered a mahogany belt to match and it's a deep rich true mahogany. Keeping the belt but the shoes must go back. Quality seems to be lacking with certain styles.

These shoes are trash. There are so many loafers like these which are constructed just a good and less than half the price.
