The size and fit for me were excellent. I've been purchasing SAS shoes for quite a few years and have always been happy with them. They have a slightly larger toe box which makes them extremely comfortable for me. I recently had an issue with an order and my dealings with Customer Service were really excellent. They went well beyond what I would have expected and I was extremely pleased. Frankly, if more Internet companies were as accommodating as Zappos we would see very few unhappy customers. I'm 84 and I've pretty much experienced everything and I can say that Zappos has earned 5 stars in my book.

these are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought. Right out of the box they fit wonderfully and needed no break in. I hope they hold up, I would buy this brand again in the future. A little expensive but for now, i feel worth the price.

I have problems with my feet, and these are the only shoes I've found that are comfortable. The leather is soft, and the shoes are not heavy. They are also very durable. I've been buying these shoes for over ten years and have never been disappointed.

I wore out my last pair of 'Time Outs' as the ONLY shoes I wore for the last 16 months. Yep, they're THAT comfortable! This new pair is *just* as comfortable! Love them and wholeheartedly recommend!

The Time Out shoe is one of their best. Time tested and durable. I'm on my 3rd pair. They are supportive, made well. I refuse to pay as much or more from offshore products that are poorly made or very political-usually anti American. As long as SAS remains patriotic and produces a great product, I'm on board.

My husband has been wearing this shoe for years. He has never had a pair that did not fit properly. They are the best walking shoe around. He walks 12 miles a day on his job and it is the only shoe he will wear.

This shoe really helped my foot pain. They are very well made and they come with an extra shoe strings. They are made in the U.S. which is also a plus. When I was younger I used the arch cushion that comes with the shoe. I now replace it with a Spenco RX arch cushion.

For more than a decade I have only owned two pairs of shoes - Time Outs and a sneaker. I have never had a shoe fit so comfortably than mine. I especially appreciate the variety of sizes and widths available - too many shoes only come in one width, which is usually too narrow for me. I have been through maybe a dozen pair and there have been no disappointments.

Normally I take a 10.5w due to gout damage on my right foot. Returned the shoe for Double Wide. Shoe fit almost perfect. A couple of days on a shoe stretcher and the fit was perfect. The left shoe is very comfortable. Bought a second pair because my feet are so hard to fit.

This is my 89 year old uncles second pair. His first pair lasted 10 years and is still in great shape but with recent swelling in his feet we had to go a size bigger. Worth every Pennie!

I bought these shoes mostly for walking. I find them very comfortable and I actually walk faster with my Time Out Walking Shoe than I do with my other pair of New Balance walking shoes. I want to use my SAS shoes solely because of the difference in overall comfort. If I decide to get a second pair it will be SAS.

I have been wearing these shoes for twenty years. Never had any foot problems.
I have very narrow feet and SAS is one of the few companies that make shoes that fit me.
They are on the expensive side, but last a very long time. They feel comfortable the minute you put them on-- no break-in time required. Thank you, SAS.

I have worn these shoes for about 20 years. They fit well; and do not make marks on boat flooring. I work on pleasure and fishing boats, so my shoes can't make skuff marks.

I wear the Time Out and Bout Time SAS shoes for work. I have two pairs of each, different colors, that I rotate each week. While I enjoy the comfort, it's the only shoe that I can stand or walk in that doesn't make my back hurt. Ben wearing SAS for about 30 years. Yes, they are somewhat expensive; however, they are long lasting and well worth the price.

I have been buying SAS shoes for years. They feel good and comfort as soon as I put them on. I can walk eight hours a day in a new pair with no problems. Love Them.
