This was a delightful surprise. It is talored. It has ample pockets. The top handles make it an attractive handbag that can easily transition from work to dinner. The bag is sofening just enough for the right feel on the hand. The only thing that is not pleasant are the straps that make it a backpack. This feature that is equally as important as everything else IMO. While the bag is well crafted. the straps are not sofening. Unfortunately, when I reach or have to use my arms in a forward posture the straps dig in to my shoulders and hurt. This is a big deal to me, but considering how long I was looking for a replacement for my older and well worn leather backpack, I am going to keep this one.

I searched for the perfect laptop bag for years and finally landed on this backpack (the color I chose has since been discontinued). I've loved my Cole Haan shoes and thought this bag would be the perfect complement to my work wardrobe. After about 4-5 months of wear, the area near the strap started to rip. And it keeps getting worse so the bag is pretty much useless now unless I carry it by the top handles. I carry a 15" MacBook Pro and a planner notebook and that is the maximum weight I can carry in the bag. If I add anything else, like the power brick charger, it makes the bag too heavy and the strap continues to rip away from the bag. It's a beautiful bag and I get a lot of compliments but if you need to carry more than a laptop and notebook, this bag will possibly give out over time. It might be a better option someone who only needs a small laptop or tablet. I was hoping for the price, it would last longer.

Plenty of pockets, lightweight, fits my laptop and essentials without looking bulky. I love the ability to wear it as a backpack or crossbody bag. The trolley sleeve is a happy bonus

This backpack is attractive and super easy to convert to a purse when it doesn't make sense to wear on your back. It fits my work laptop well and it's easy to reach into all the pockets.

I purchased this bag to use for school and to take on rotations at practice sites. It is large enough to hold my iPad Air 4th gen and 8X10 papers along with other essentials I need. I love that I can carry it as a backpack, crossbody, and just hold it. Highly recommend!

This backpack is amazing and I'm so glad I talked myself into buying it. It's sturdy but not heavy, and able to be used for a variety of things. It has an internal sleeve for a laptop and external opening to slide it onto a suitcase handle. I'm sure I'll be using this a lot when I travel to Europe later this year.

Really do love all of the pockets! It was very thoughtfully designed and absolutely beautiful. I use it for work and running around the city and it's both durable and versatile. Recommend.

It's a great backack for daily use, love the color, the shape, the materials. I'm only concern it is a bit delicate, you should avoid putting it pn the floor or it will get stained. My only complaint is that is is small inside, if you take your laptop with the charger, an ipad and sunglasses, it is full. So it is only for your basic items. You will catch everyone's attention with this one, is really cute and elegant

The small Grand Ambition backpack is perfect for my petite 5'2" frame. The dark brown color almost passes as black in certain light. My only con is I wish there were more holes on the straps for a more snug fit. Looking forward to using this dressed-up back-up for work as it easily fits my 10-inch iPad. I will avoid putting a water bottle in it though for fear of damaging the premium material. Very happy with this purchase.

This bag is cute and sophisticated. The leather is beautiful and the size is perfect. I can fit all of my essentials but if I need my tablet, it can slide is the back and not be to bulky. It's comfortable to wear and there are several pockets to keep everything organized
