Customer Reviews L.L.Bean Kids Super Deluxe Bookpack (Little Kids/Big Kids)

I ordered two of these book packs this summer for my 4th grade twins based on my prior positive experiences with LL Bean book packs. Much to my dismay, I noticed a hole in one of the book packs already after only being used for 6 school days! Unfortunately, the book pack isn't available now in his chosen color, so I will have to wait and return/exchange it later in the year once it becomes available again. How could this tear so quickly only after 6 days of school? Is it possible there was a flaw in the material? LL Bean this is not what I would have expected; thank goodness for your 100% satisfaction policy because I am not satisfied this time around, especially for the $60, plus monogramming, price.
