My narrow heel needs the extra eyelets that New Balance sneakers have. Also, I felt as though I was being pitched forward in the shoes. Very good-looking, but uncomfortable.

I have had other Ryka sneaker type shoes in 8 or 8.5 wides. This model I got in 8 wide; it seems shorter than usual, has a terrible odor, but more importantly, I got this style because the front has no extra stitching or pieces of fabric/plastic/whatever which I was afraid would rub on my bunion. The problem is with the tongue (left shoe), inside where it ends (near the toe area), is "lumpy" (it might be a sewing problem only on this shoe, or glue or ?), and rubs on the bunion. Very uncomfortable. So it's going back and the search continues.

The shoe is made cheaply and has no support.

Disappointing….These are not true to size. They run very narrow and short. Order wide and a size up. I’m returning them.

Ryka shoes fit great. Unfortunately there is something different about the fabric of this shoe and it feels too hot on my feet. I only tried them on at night and there is no way that I can wear them. My feet got really hot in just a few minutes!

These are no good. The material is cheap and build is shoddy. They're cute - and they feel good but I worry about their durability and it appears that's a common complaint with these shoes. They're definitely comfortable, that's true, but the material on the inner heel will likely wear quickly. The shoes themselves are soft, and flexible. I don't want to have to replace them in 3 months so I returned and went back to my Hokas.

These shoes were obviously worn before. One of the loops was already torn and the soul looked filthy. Not what I'm used to when I buy from Zappos. Very disappointing.

Not a sport style because of the material.

This is not a wide shoe. I purchased 2 pairs of Ryka wide shoes ( same style) last year. I loved them and wore them constantly. I measured this new pair next to my old pair and they are almost an inch narrower. So fustrating!!!
