I really love these shoes! I ordered them for our granddaughter's wedding. I am returning them for a 10 1/2 W. I ordered an 11W. Our granddaughter loved them! I have a hard time with getting shoes to fit comfortably....these shoes seemed to meet the threshold of comfort. Thank you Zappos for your generous return policy!

These shoes are So Cute! Just what I wanted: available in a Wide size, low heel, stylish. But … despite coming in a Wide size, the toe box is narrow, a ballet toe, I believe Oh If Only this shoe had around toe, I would fill my closet with them.

The Tanay felt true to size and was comfortable. I wore them for almost 12 hours straight sitting, standing and walking and I had no problems. There was ample space in the toe area but it didn't gap like some slingbacks do. I often have trouble with the strap slipping off my heel but that was not an issue.

The strap, which supposedly would let you adjust where it would/could be moved, could not be moved (at least I couldn't move it!). The shoe leather strap, where you'd either lessen or increase the strap's tension to fit you better, consisted of 2 separate pieces of leather, connected by a flimsy piece of elastic. I could just envision this elastic snapping in two -- why the heck wasn't it all one piece of leather? Better still, why was it so stiff and immovable that I couldn't adjust the strap at ALL?!

The shoes are beautiful but the fit is odd. They feel tight and uncomfortable at the toes, but they're too long. I may have to keep them if nothing else matches my dress for an upcoming wedding; however, they will be very uncomfortable and impact my enjoyment of the evening.

The shoes were pretty, well-made, and well-packed. Unfortunately, the toe box was far too shallow and the shoe felt more like a "b" width than a "D".

The shoes itself is very hard and will probably cause a bruise at the end of the day. It's not comfortable at all.

The fit and style were fine but material very stiff and uncomfortable.

Extremely attractive, but extremely uncomfortable. 5 minutes in my house created sores on both feet. Must return.

These were terrible - even after trying to break them in and putting on foot glide, they ripped up my daughter’s feet at her event and sent her home early bleeding and in pain. Don’t bother with these rigid uncomfortable shoes

As an older woman who has trouble finding a dress shoe that is comfortable, especially in the toes, I was very pleased with this shoe. It was dressy enough for a black tie reception and I was able to wear it for the entire 6 hour event with no discomfort. I usually buy a size 8 & 1/2, but decided to try the 8 & 1/2 wide which allowed for extra room in the toe box.

Very beautiful shoes but still was loose.

I need to go up to a 7.5. Color a real navy. Heel is easy to walk with.

The design is quite nice. The materials are excellent quality, as is the workmanship. Unfortunately, the toe box is too shallow and the width far too narrow, more like a B than a D.
