Only problem with my last one , after about 3 years and frequent wear is one elbow wore through. But can't beat this for warmth ,,softness and comfort

I love L.L. Bean chamois shirts! I bought my first one in the late 60s as a college student and have had them in my wardrobe ever since.These shirts are my go-to shirts on chilly fall and winter days. They're good for layering over a cotton turtleneck. I particularly like the Signature 1933 version because of how the large-tall size fits. They do shrink a bit in length when drying them in the clothes dryer so I end up with this shirt fitting just the way I like it. I'm 6 feet tall, 200 lbs with a 35 sleeve.

I love this flannel shirt. It's so soft and the colors pop out on me. I really like the design too. It's funny, I really got excited when I saw the package on my step. I couldn't wait to open it and I was not let down. It fit perfectly.

It's the perfect flannel shirt, just like I remember from my youth, except, way back when, they weren't tailored for bigger shoulders/chest and smaller waists. These are! I couldn't be happier!

This is my third chamois shirt, and I love it. I am female and have a women's one I've had for over maybe ten years, and it's great (and still going strong), but I also kept "borrowing" a decades-old men's one from a relative and loving the longer narrower cut. So when I saw that Beans was selling these 1933-style ones I grabbed a Men's small, and I have NOT been disappointed. I use it like a warm layer in the house, as well as for a light jacket. I think I've worn it every other day since I bought it a month ago! Soft but sturdy fabric, and such a beautiful plaid - I got the Bering Blue. For anyone who needs size tips: I'm 5' 6" and 120 lbs, 34" chest, sleeve length about 30". I usually wear a Women's small or extra small from Beans. The men's small definitely doesn't "fit" me in the traditional sense-- roomy, shoulder seams a little past the points of my shoulders, sleeves a bit too long. Love it anyway - just mentioning fit as a point of reference in case it's helpful for someone else. I can still wear a sweater or jacket over it (see pic). I'm marking the size as "a little too large," since it is with respect to my measurements, but that's not a criticism - I consciously purchased a men's size knowing it would be big on me.

Bought this for my son... he loved the vintage print and loved that it came in a tall. He is long armed and lanky... works perfectly. Heavy weight, soft and washed well. As a mom, I loved the large buttons. Overall, expensive - but absolutely worth it!

I love this shirt! The fit is dramatically improved relative to the original fit of the new chamois shirts. The shirt is warm, soft, and very comfortable. Perfect cool/cold weather wear or layering. A new essential for me personally.

The shirt fits great. I am a slim guy and I like how it is not baggy like some other flannel shirts. Looks to be of good quality material. Also like how it feels softer than my other shirts. I will be ordering more of these shirts. Just wish they had more colors
