I have looking for a chamois shirt to replace an old ratty one. I selected this one in the slim signature. It has quickly become my favorite shirt in the closet.

L.L. Bean chamois shirts are a must have. I have worn them on so many occasions from outdoor work to picnics to parties. They look great while being understated and last forever (well, a decade or more in my case).

I find these to be slightly warmer and of better quality than the traditional chamois shirt. However with this slim fitting it is not forgiving. I am typically a large in a traditional fit, with this styling and sizing I am an extra large and it fits perfectly. Sleeves are a little long but I roll up the cuff otherwise it fits perfect in the waist and the chest. If you have any kind of belly or you carry your weight and your midsection this style and cut is not going to work for you.

Size up and wash and tumble dry for perfect fit. I'm typically an XL but the slim fit was barely closing on me. Sized up to the XXL and it was really big but good around the armpits and arms. Was going to get it tailored but decided to wash and tumble dry first since it's cotton and cotton shrinks. BINGO great flattering fit with some room to move. Really loved the print so I didn't want to return it. Glad this worked!

The LLBean chamois shirt may be the most comfortable and soft of any flannel-type shirt I have ever had.

Purchased for my son. This shirt is a thicker weight than expected. My son had two colors and loves them. He had the camel and the gray. Both seem true to the color pictured.

This shirt is worth the cost! The fabric is sturdy and soft and the fit is true to size. The person who received it as a gift has worn it multiple times already!0

I absolutely love this shirt. Its warmth makes it perfect for layering during the cold winter months! The texture is so soft and I absolutely love the color. I am a broad shouldered woman who wears an XL to get enough movement in my shoulders, so this large shirt fit me perfectly.

Was not sure what to expect when I ordered this shirt. Was looking for something out of the ordinary and this caught my eye. Has a hunting theme pattern. Best thing about this shirt was it came in a slim fit which is my preference. Absolutely love this shirt. Wore it to our Christmas gathering and got a slew of comments. Would definitely buy this style again.

The fine quality of LL Bean from 52 years ago when I first started purchasing clothing. Dense tightly woven chamois. Beautiful rich colors - red/black plaid.
