They where way to small I needed a 9.5 and y’all sent me 5.5

The insole was too small the size needed is a 9 1/2. I was sent a 5.5. Not happy at all.

Horrible shoe. After just 5 minutes I was in so much pain felt like I've been on my feet for 25 hrs

They are very uncomfortable they are too hard after wearing them for a week they had my feet swelling

I was sent insoles 4 sizes smaller than what I am absolutely sure that I ordered since you input your shoe size information before you even see the purchase options. Nonetheless, this style of insoles does not work for me. It is too hard and too stiff for me, especially in consideration of a foot injury that developed into planter's fasciitis. I have more comfort using a memory foam insoles and wished my employer offered allowed more options (including memory foam) to choose- every insoles does not work best for every foot.

I'm glad Amazon paid for these because they are uncomfortable and feel like walking on concrete still. I would have thought a $65 pair of insoles would actually be pretty decent. I prefer my Timberland no fatigue insoles much better at half the price that work incredibly. I have plantars foot and these are absolutely horrible Amazon should give the $65 credit but let us choose because I threw them out they were and are useless and I gave my 1st pair to my area manager. These soles are horrible

Wrong size was shipped

I ordered my shoes a size bigger to allow room for the insoles. Still too tight. They’re hard & just absolutely not comfortable at all.

These are plastic and stiff...I tried walking around my house and these made my shoes feel so weird and they are not built for wider feet.

The wrong size was shipped. I wear a size 8 wide....this insole that was shipped was or fit like an 7. It's to small.

These are awful, they are very hard for an insert. Last time I got the Ariat inserts and LOVED them.

They are hard and not comfortable at all. It’s worst than the soles that came in the shoes.

They are very stiff and not comfortable in my steel toed shoes. My feet were aching after a 6 hour shift working on a cement floor. I would not recommend these insoles.

They are hard and hurt

Not enough cushion for the ball of my feet, this is where I have the most pain. Support is almost there and I have a huge concern about what they are made of. They smell like chemicals. Our feet are a major part of our health and if the toxicity soaks into our feet our overall health will suffer.
