The wrong size was sent. I received a size 5.5 and I wear a size 10.5

I returned them because they were too narrow.

They are comfy, but we're too small.A ten fits like a nine.

A help but not the best. Wears out fast

The size was off, looked and felt a whole size bigger. I did not like the feel of the material, not sure what it felt like.

Fairly stiff, definitely ran half size smaller

It was pretty much true to size, but with little arch support my plantar fasciitis really flared up with these insoles.

My personal non work clothes run smaller by size. I guessed correctly on these and they fit well. Glad I thought ahead and purchased the five pairs. Normally I purchase 36w x 34L in regular clothing but every pair of work pants I have purchased from ZAPPOS I have had to go 2 to 3 times wider and the length runs long but with boots it works. The product is comfortable and they look good.

Made my feet hurt even worse. I only think there top rated because these are the "Free Ones" we get working at Amazon.

I really liked these loafers and I bought my size 7. These shoes run small and I should have listened to the other reviews that stated as such, but I didn’t. When I received the replacement size 7.5 they fit perfectly. I had no rubbing on the back of the heel issues the first time I wore them. And there was no break in period, they really are comfortable shoes.

The size is perfect, almost the same as my feet, but it is not a soft insole; it is hard, and it is recommended to use them for a week for a better experience.

They are just OK..

I ordered the wrong size, however, the insole did come in on time.

Had to send them back because they were too large. I own several Skechers and know my size. These shoes come at least a 1/2 size too large. Disappointing.

Not a good fit for me

I'm not a big fan of these insoles!!! I have flat feet and these have such high arch support that they kill my feet within 1 hour of work!!! Don't recommend for flat footed people!!!!

These are ok. I'd look for other ones or the ones from Walmart in all honesty. You have to cut these down to fit the shoe which you have to do anyway, but if you don't get these just right to fit in the shoe then you might as well throw them out. Thankfully I had a credit an tried them for free.

I was not pleased with thees. They offer good support but almost too much support. I'm not sure if I just need to break them in just a bit or what.

No son confortables.
