it fit great but my shoes size have to go up one more size because I'm a size 7.5 and I went up a size and that did not work i can fit in size the shoes with out the insole up if I want to have them in my shoes I will have to go up to a 9.

Order your regular size. I can't believe how amazingly these insoles fit. They keep my feet straight and pain free. Just remember to remove the original insole from your safety shoes. I highly recommend them. Thank you Amazon.

Very comfortable shoes and surprisingly comfortable insoles with quality cushioning, I usually have to change the insoles because of the cheap factory brand insoles but the insoles that come with them are really comfortable. Feels like a half size bigger only because there’s plenty of room for your toes, otherwise they fit comfortably true to size. I definitely recommend this nautilus pair, and this is after wearing them for two weeks now on my feet for 10-12 hour shifts, I’m overall satisfied with them.
