The item was the wrong size. I returned them over a week ago. I have yet to here back from zappos about my credit.

Not worth the 60$ not even comfortable the 10$ Dr Scholl's insoles at Walmart are better than these

I didn't have my delivery

Wrong size. I received a size 5 and I'm a size 9.

Their not comfortable at all. Looking for comfort like walking on a cloud

The insoles arrived early, which is great! Unfortunately, they are a size 5 and I needed a much bigger size, (14).

I order 8.5 size but delivered 5 size only

Might just be a personal issue but I gave these a try for a few weeks and my feet would ache worse and worse the more I wore them. Solid product, just did not work for me comfort wise.

This is the second time I have ordered size 10.5 men’s and for the second time I have received a size 5 mens

Hi Sir: This insole is short inside my shoes my size is 10.5 If possible can we exchange to same size with my shoes after then return original order to you? Because I need my shoes with insole daily Thank you for your time best regards

It was worse having these on hurting my toes no support underneath

very uncomfortable. better off using generic dr scholls inserts provided by site safety.

They are really hard needs some cushion for the ball of the foot.

Has caused me extreme pain in my feet, specifically my heel.

They make my feet hurt even more so I threw them away

Fit and size is fine but it only has support on your heal and is actually so uncomfortable when putting weight on the front of your foot when taking a step.

Worst pair of insolves I've ever worn. They are HUGE! Once you put those insoles in your shoes you can forget it, there aint no way you are fitting your feet in there. Dont bother.

You sent me the wrong size and now you want me to do the work to send them back. Wtf. You are un worthy of selling the right product. No consideration of your customers needs.
