Fit is solid. They are the most comfortable insoles I've ever had the pleasure of wearing, but I could only ever afford cheap ones before and I'm really getting these through work, so I can't state if they're worth the cost or not.

The fix was good, the toe a little long. The heel hugged my foot, giving a no slip great fix.

These insole definitely help with my arch support. Ive had arch problems since my days in the military. These insoles combined with the Keen mock toe boots I have allow me to be on my feet all day long
