These insoles don’t offer much cushion, and I would not recommend if you have low arches or flat feet.

Well, I work 10 hour shifts at an Amazon warehouse and these insoles are horrible. I thought that with them being sold at a pretty pricey amount, that they'd prove to be comfortable. I was wrong. The good thing about them is that they are true to size. They slip right in with no need to cut/trim. The back/heel part is hard like plastic, so I don't know where the comfort is supposed to be coming from. I might as well walk barefoot on the floor. I'm gonna try and take the preexisting insoles out and try to placing them atop of these. Hopefully I'll get better comfort.

These things SQUEAK so LOUDLY with every step, people heard myself approaching from far away, it was embarrassing. Were I a soldier or similar, no WAY I was sneaking-up upon ANYone, unless at a rock-concert, or a deaf-person.

Comfortable for long extended periods on you're feet. However, be careful to make sure you have enough room in your shoes for these or the tops of your feet will be in excruciating pain after a couple of hours standing in them. Buyer beware. They work great in sneakers, so If you have roomy shoes, these are great! Just not in my safety shoes for Amazon.

If you are walking around for the majority of the day they are comfortable. But if you are standing for the majority of the day not that comfortable, I also found that one of the insoles had the arch positioned a little more toward the back which aggravated the heel of my foot. I also found that the arch of the insole was too firm for my liking.

The only positives to say about this insole is that the sizing fits perfect without any need to trim and that it was a free purchase through Zappos at work from Amazon. Otherwise this insole is stiff as plastic and overpriced, made it less than an hour walking through a warehouse before I had to take them out to stop the pain. The cheap insoles that come with your shoes are more comfortable than these things; which is probably why these are one of the only items always available through Zappos at work. Wish gel type insoles were an option or heck padded socks would be a better choice over these Protalus things.

Fits fine but no wonder they're free. I feel every bit of concrete I walk on in these things. My feet have never been in so much pain. I had less discomfort with my year old insoles.

not good. my feet feel good prior to work, but after walking/standing in them for a couple of hours, my feet and lower back are in pain. I would not recommend these insoles to anyone especially at 60+ dollars

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
The insoles are horrible. Instead of cushioning, the insoles provided the comfort of a concrete floor. Who designed these super hard insoles? I wish I could rate it a zero. I got the insoles only because Amazon gives them to us for free as Amazon employees.
