It breaks down too easily not made for a 300 lb person.

The previous version( thin series) is better in my opinion. The newest version isn't as good. I've used both products during 12 hour, 10 hour and 8 hour shifts. The old version is definitely better and wish they'd bring it back. Also...cannot use the amazon subsidy to buy these. Maybe its just me?

Too hard and a bit uncomfortable.

A little hard and a bit uncomfortable to my feet. Very firm and keeps arch stable.

The fit was great, the arch I believe was too good. The sole is very uncomfortable so I’ve had to use another on top to compensate.

Smaller than the size i asked for

At first these seemed great, the fit was exact. But after a month I began getting extreme pain in the heel of my foot by the end of my workday. I switched back to my original insoles. The plastic on the edges of the heel are unnecessary and ruin an otherwise great product.

Was very stiff, better for people who move / walk all day. not really best for standing still

Not comfortable at all. These are more to align your foot properly rather than for comfort. But your back will thank you. Takes 1 week to break in.

Was not true to size.

I enter a size of 10.5 for my shoes an5 for my insoles. When my insoles arrived today I was shocked to see a size 5.5. I'm very disappointed.

Just no arch support.

Got them when first offered to employees. Not bad !! After repeated use, there breaking down. You can feel the floor through the shoe at work I work all night on concrete floors.

They definitely help more than having nothing for a supportive sole. I would recommend for anyone who can't afford the DR. Scholl's custom arch support soles since amazon employees get a voucher for one pair. I would have appreciated these more if they came in wide sizes and not just the shoe size for better comfort and support. P.S. (To the creators of this product) Please make a wider variety of these to better accommodate customers needs are able to be met to the fullest.

Fits a little big. the toe support was ok at first, but it got worse over time

I don't like them, because they are very hard.
