I reviewed these before and my view doesn't change I just don't like these insoles even free they're not worth it for me at least

To be honest I really wanted to say that they did something good but they didn't In fact I got a cheap pair from the store that added more comfort than these I don't like them they don't work for me they don't support what I need them to support and in fact make my feet hurt worse so definitely not getting these again....

Not comfortable, really dense material so not much padding and these run large so didn't fit my shoe.

They are very hard for insoles. I have always been an insole wearer and this is the first pair of insoles I’ve had that are hard. Kind of defeats the whole purpose. The whole point is for them to be soft so take pressure off the back.

It is very awful. Anyone with history of broken ankles or surgery for ankles, I totally don't recommand it for anyone with ankle history. When I wore it, it felt like my ankles were getting worse even they are already healed. Also, I did feel a lot of fatigue wearing the soles while I was at work.

They did not work for the shoe that I bought that’s about 2 1/2 weeks. My feet feels flat with these. The heel of my feet are so sore and red at the bottom.

They look great, they are well made but they do not fit my foot at all. The shape puts all the weight and pressure of my body on the heel of my feet and cause my feet to be uncomfortable and sore within a few minutes of putting them in. No way I could last a 10 hour shift and commute to and from work.

I got better quality from the free Styrofoam inserts we used to have.

Insoles do not help my feet they actually cause more pain

These were the worst insoles I’ve ever used. I returned them immediately. They’re too stiff and offered no support whatsoever.

Hard as a rock zero cushion I walk 30k steps a day. Do not recommend

These insoles are not comfortable in comparison with other insoles at that price point.

These insoles are the worst. I only used them for a week, and my feet were in extreme pain. I just took them out of my shoes and put the original insoles back in. Do not buy these insoles!!

I think the shoes are good but the inserts they're a junk
