It makes a lot of difference, and last a lot longer than the manufacturer provider insoles.

I have been extremely satisfied with this product. I'm on my feet 12 hrs and these are amazing.

I have experience with some shoes not needing any insoles, and others that can benefit from these. The shoes that I have swapped out and in for these insoles have made a world or a difference in particular offering good heel support/comfort that helps during long stretches of standing/walking.

Everything was good about the insoles. I would order them again. Size was great. Arch was fine. Only thing I can complain about is the price.
