The only positives to say about this insole is that the sizing fits perfect without any need to trim and that it was a free purchase through Zappos at work from Amazon. Otherwise this insole is stiff as plastic and overpriced, made it less than an hour walking through a warehouse before I had to take them out to stop the pain. The cheap insoles that come with your shoes are more comfortable than these things; which is probably why these are one of the only items always available through Zappos at work. Wish gel type insoles were an option or heck padded socks would be a better choice over these Protalus things.

Upon wearing this for second day at work, it has given me a blister on my pinky toe. :(

Awful if you have neuropathy

There is NOTHING special about these insoles. I can’t understand why they are priced so high. Don’t waste your money. They feel like the $7 -$15 dollar insoles you can buy from the drug store.

I could order these for free through work. $60+ for really uncomfortable insoles; found memory foam ones for $8 on Amazon that outrank these ones by far!

The sizing is really tough to get down. A size 9 and a size 8 were both too big for my work shoes that are a size 8.5. Also, they are hard as a rock. Way too firm to get though a ten hour work day.

Sent wrong size and wrong gender as well.

Messed up during the cutting them down process.. never got to actually wear them.. no way I can honestly review these.
