The shoes are super cute and I LOVED the arch support (I have very high arches and finding a shoe/sandal that truly supports my arch is like looking for a unicorn). However, I sadly am returning them due to the heel strap. The strap was not tight enough and is not adjustable. It is anchored on either side by elastic, but I would say the strap was maybe 1/8 to 1/4 too long when made so was falling slightly...but just enough to be annoying and not give a snug/secure fit to the heel. The toe strap and ankle strap are adjustable with velco which was perfect and made for a nice fit/feel. Maybe it was just the pair I received where the heel strap wasn't snug enough but I would have either made the back adjustable with velcro as well, or the strap a little shorter so the heel could push against it and the elastic sides for a more snug fit.

I liked the sandal with the trendy platform style and the large buckle was also a nice touch- I found another Aetrex black strappy sandal I liked better - the strap placement worked better with a bunion issue I have

These shoes were perfect except for the strap in the back. The strap is very loose and sticks out far beyond the back of my foot. Unfortunately since it was not adjustable like the rest of the straps on the shoe, I will have to return them.

Agreed with others that the back strap was too big and was not adjustable. Sadly had to return. Big disappointment for this brand and price point.

Size was good. Fit my 10M foot. Didn't love the cognac color. It was kind of a dull brown.

I purchased these at a local store. With foot issues due to pulled tendon in arch and bone spur - cute shoes i can wear with jeans and summer dresses ate limited. I tried on at least 8 pairs of “ comfy” ($$$) top brand shoes - these were the ones the minute i put them on . Wore them for 5 hours today in total comfort . I usually get out of my shoes and put on Birkenstocks the minute i get home. Still wearing these! Velcro works for me to adjust around bone spur. Back strap is not tight but fits my foot!

Love these knock-offs of a more expensive Mephisto style. I was dubious because the back strap does not adjust, but the two front straps make the sandals nice and secure. These are much lighter weight and fit better. I've gotten many compliments, too, which is unusual for such comfortable shoes!

I’ve only worn this shoe once so far, very comfortable. I bought my usual size 7 rather than size up as recommended and hopefully heel strap is good.

I have high insteps, and when I saw the photo of these sandals, I was thrilled. I thought the strap was actually a buckle that could be adjusted. Imagine my disappointment when I found out it was a fake buckle, and that the instep strap was fastened by hook-and loop. I dislike this kind of fastener because the strap does not cover the hook part all the way and it is exposed (because of my high insteps). Needless to say, I am returning the sandals. This makes me very sad!

Fit was fine on me. Back strap wasn’t loose as some people comment. What I don’t love is the cognac and red colors. They aren’t very bright. Kind of dull. VERY comfortable but still deciding on the happiness with those colors.

I finally found a brand with excellent arch support! These were super comfortable right out of the box. Unfortunately the back strap was a little bit loose for me, with no way to adjust it. I considered cutting off the back strap, but for the price, I don't want to have to alter my shoes. The brown in the online photos has a bit of a reddish hue, that I like. The actually brown is not quite as pretty. But these are super comfortable sandals.

Agree with others. Shoes are so cute and comfortable. The issue is the heal strap. It isn’t adjustable and is to loose. For the price unsure if I will keep. Afraid if I wear the strap will rub my heal raw.

I loved the shoes, but after walking around the house in the them I immediately got a blister on my foot. The other foot was fine. The material was soft and smooth so I don't know what was the problem. Sad to have to return them.

Hard to walk! Stiff and not ergonomic to walk.

These are so cute but the back strap is not adjustable. I cannot wear these because the strap doesn’t even touch my ankle. I wish they were adjustable.

These are comfortable and I love the platform look. My foot feels stable. As usual I had to purchase a 12 bc I have long toes and with the 11 my toes were too close to edge and I knew I would worry about them eventually hanging over a little. I don’t like that look. The 12s are a tad too long but I’m keeping these. I have a narrow foot and the straps adjust to fit me. I do not have an issue with the back strap as others have mentioned.

Super comfortable to wear standing for long hours. Also comfortable to walk in. Sandals feel very secure and supportive. I’m not crazy about the look of the toe strap being Velcro but I am glad that it is adjustable. Velcro is the best option for best fit on all kinds of feet. I am able to wear Aetrex sandals in a half size smaller than my usual size. I LOVE Aetrex shoes and boots. So glad I found this brand to add to my shoe collection!

My long search for new summer sandals finally ended. These are the ones. Comfortable, with arch support, and stylish. Whew!
