I really liked this sandal but the arch was way off for me

These felt comfortable and had incredible arch support, but the fit was too narrow in width and too long in length. Not quite right for me. Like some other people mentioned, it was difficult to adjust the long strap to be tight enough, although in my case I was able to do it.

These shoes seemed to force my foot outward

I did not like that the sandal did not feel secure from the ball of my foot to my toes. It was not floppy but it was not tight enough to be comfortable an supportive.

The strap is so short it wouldn't close.

I love these sandals and wish I could keep them. But, the velcro isn't long enough to tighten. Others have had this problem; I've seen it in other reviews for sandals by Aetrex. I don't have a narrow/tin foot, but I didn't think it would affect me. But it did. Please increase velcro or position it differently. I love your sandals but can't wear them due to the inability to tighten.
